Tell AtticaKey what you have in mind. For residential property, commercial premises or land anywhere in Greece, email a short outline of your plans. Whether you intend to buy or rent, a few practical details will make your enquiry clearer from the start. You do not need to have every decision settled.

What are you looking for?
Begin with the property category and whether you are considering purchase or rental. Add the location or type of setting you prefer, an approximate budget and the size or features you need. For commercial property and land, explain the intended activity. If you are comparing several directions, say which priorities those options have in common.

What would make it work?
Share your preferred timing and any essential practical requirements, such as access, furnishing, workspace or storage. Separate must-haves from preferences so the enquiry leaves room for useful comparison. If a move, business plan or visit date influences your search, a brief description is enough. Keep supporting financial, identity or ownership documents out of the first email.

Send your enquiry by email
Write to info@atticakey.gr with a subject that identifies your search, such as Residential purchase — preferred area or Commercial rental — intended use. Include the details you know and the questions you would like to clarify. If an email link does not open your mail application, copy the address into your usual email service. Opening the link does not send a message.

Can I enquire if my plans are still early?
Yes. Say which details you know and which are undecided. An intended use, broad area and approximate budget can be enough to explain your starting point. You do not need to invent a fixed deadline or choose one property type immediately.
Should I attach documents to my first email?
A short written brief is enough for the initial enquiry. Please do not include identity documents, bank information, contracts or other sensitive records. If further information becomes necessary, first clarify what is needed and the appropriate way to provide it.
Does sending an enquiry confirm availability or a viewing?
No. An email communicates your interest and requirements. The availability of a specific property, its details and any viewing arrangements need separate confirmation. Please avoid making travel plans or commitments based only on an unanswered enquiry or an illustrative image.
